Because our products include supplements and wellness items intended for personal use, we maintain strict safety standards for all returns.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not offer order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be completely unopened and unused
  • All products from the kit must be returned in full (no partial kit returns accepted)
  • Items must be in original packaging and condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Because these are ingestible supplement products, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Any opened or used supplement products
  • Partial kit returns
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Digital products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
